PHONE DEAD, CONTINIOUS NOISE

My telephone number 2339974 is not working properly for the last few days. detailed complaints are like, It gives lot of noise, sometimes it will be dead, No ring sound, lot of complaints are being raised with bsnl servie reations officer& to cs care no 197 etc., but not yet solutions, this problems are going on from last 2-3 months, but bsnl officers are not helping us.

today my line is completely dead, i am not able to use it,

Req an urgent solution on it.
