BSNL Landline
Phone not working

R/sir,

on Aug 12th i have filed an e- complaint that our BSNL landline is not working in Mavellikara exchange . since than on 20th aug the phone was completely dead. Ihave already made a complaint but it was not taken into consideration till now. We have called in Kollukadav (Punthala) in 0479-2366000 this no many time but they are only delaying the case rather than attending it.

As my mother is alone at home so pls kindly rectify the problem as early as possible.
