Bsnl landline
Error in connection

I am living in RNS shanthi niwas, i am forced to use BSNL connection if i want intercom within the apartment.

My land line number 23743223, is dead since last one and a half month.

I have been complaining, but there is no response.

My complaint number 16409900472, was registered on the 6th june. And was attended to on the 28th of june.

There after my land line was in working condition for 3 days. But my internet was still not working.

after 3 days my phone is dead again, and now the bsnl automatic complaint registering machine is not registering my complaint.

it says the complaint is being processed.

We have a BSNL guy coming in our apartment says he will only attend to my complaint if it is registered.

I don't know what to do
