Irregularity in billing service

The BSNL telecommunications for the bhubaneswar circle is creating a lot of nuisances. It doesn't provide the bills in proper times and thus if it does there is a great delay. I run every month to the regional office of bbsr circle and issue the duplicate bill and pay it off. This has been running since nearly about one year. I am also getting the same result in spite of repeated complaints. I don't know how long this dilemma will continue. Hope all the viewers will view this and those facing the same situation will render comments.
