Battery Problem

I had purchased Nokia 5130 in Dec. There was problem and cell used to go off even after charging completely. I approached Nokia care in Dilshad Garden Delhi they said it would take 1 to two months to replace and even refused to give me a spare battery. I did not have any alternative.
