Hello sir/madam.,

my name is cmk.murthy from chennai (annanur). am a retired person from southern railway,

my landline telephone no 2655 63 47 which is not working for the past 8 to 10 month,

i gave lot of complaint agains bsnl office in annanur branch, anna nagar office and near ambattur telephone exchange,

we are paying for internet connection and telephone bil without using,

this landline we r using for more than 12 years, .

the have even taken any step for my age is 65 now am moving to all the like anna nagar, telephone xchange office to report this,

the person from avadi near murgappa polytechnic telephone office, the person AE said we cant do any thing, if u want to cancel u can cancel,

pls take a step.
