BSNL Land line Phone
NOT GETTING REFUND

Dear sir,

I have BSNL Landline Telephone in my name Ranjana Laxman Burhade having Tele. No. 0261-2271004, which was permanently disconnected since November. But till date I have not received Refund of my Telephone. I have visited number of times to telephone office but I haven't get proper satisfactory answer. The staff have informed me that we are unable to say about your Refund as the software is not working properly. Further they asked me not to come to BSNL office and they will inform me on my Mobile. But till today I have not received a single call from them. Also, they gave me 5 - 6 Telephone Nos. and asked me to contact on that numbers.

Thus, after nearly 5 to 6 months, I have not received my Refund. Please look into the matter and do the needful for getting my Refund.
