Non refund of security

My telephone No 241376 surrendered on 21 Feb 08. but deposit security of Rs - not refunded till date by BSNL Office. in this connection a letter was forwarded to BSNL Srinagar (Head Office) through BSNL office Kotdwara (Pauri Garhwal). I am Army personal and posted in Guwahati (Assam) and could not continue to forward a complaint in uniform interval.
