I had taken a Tata Photon plus data card, MDN 9213091968 & within few days shifted to a new house where the problem started. So I called the toll free no. for support when Mr. Rajesh 9212556053 (contact no) turned up saying he would be checking for the technical problem. After thorough checking he commented that this is a networking problem (Repair activity form no.696) and the next day I received a call stating that this problem cannot be resolved. I received a mail also. In the above circumstances I said its better I handover the things & wind up when Mr. Manoj Kumar (Rajesh's boss) telephonically assured me that 75% of my paid amount for the data card would be refunded along with the rental to be waved off for the current month. But now no one is ready to neither listen nor rectify the problems and only advised to visit the different Tata Indicom service centre.
