15 days not working 77 yrs old Sr. Sitizen alone

The land line number 2347078 belongs to my mother Smt. V.K.Sumathy Amma, pulimootil house,

Kaitha South is not working for the last 15 days. When complained about this heard that, consumer has given the request, my mother being a senior citizen 77 years old how can say she do not want the telephone connection.

I Know that, some repair work is going on there, but except this particular number all other residental numbers are working 2346387, 2349070 & 2348259 (Neighbours)

I, thereforfe, request do the disconnection only after the written request from the customer.
