Unwanted message

Dear sir

i have BSNL Moblie connection having No 9481778692, i have been receive the unwanted message from BT-59595. i had received minimum message 4 to 5 from this BT-59595. It will get irritating these message when i am in busy and dong serious work. i had complained several time to customer care but they are not respond properly and one time they suggest that send a message to 59595 like" STOPM 59595" but i sent these message to 59595 but it deduct Rs 2 from Account. even though i had received the same irritating message.

wherefore i pray before Hon, ble forum to take suitable action and ensure me not to receive these kind of message in future days
