Balance Deduction

Sir,

I have a BSNL Pre paid Mobile connection which no. is 9438278008 on 22/02 I had E recharged my account wirh Rs. 50/- (Fifty Only) which ref no. 812713138. Ihave a hand set Nokia 1616-2 in which ther is no facililty of GPRS or MMS, but the balance of Rs. 50/- deducted from my account on 22/02 at 14:15 I submit complain on BSNL Complain center FOUR (4) times but they cannot give a satis fy reson thats why I wish to draw kind attenetence of your in this matter please help me to solve the problem for which I will ever great full to you.
