AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION AND DEDUCTING MONEY OF VALUE PACK SERVICE

I have been receiving message very frequently from bsnl (546461010) that "thank you for using value pack service. You have been charged rs. 10 . Pl let me know for what reason the said amount is being charged to my mob. Number 9447366147 . Further kindly do something for avoiding these bad activities and please do the needful to reimburse the deducted amount (40rs). I went customer care, palakkad. They told me to activate DND by sending sms to 1909. And after activating Dnd still I'm receiving the same. please please help me...
