I have never activated the regional roaming on my mobile but i have been charged for the regional roaming service when i contacted the customer care service they have told that the regional roaming service is activated since may and when i complained on 15-feb they told me that it has been deactivated on 05-jan but i have not even told them to deactivate. How can a service be activated and deactivated without the confirmation from the subscriber. I don't know how this problem has been arised and customer care is not giving me any information about this.
