Embarrassing services of Airtel

I have recently purchased Airtel V Data Card for my Laptop expecting good internet services, but it is unfortunate for airtel to inform that within 2 days your level of service has been identified.

The internet speed is as low as not working at all, 1 page opens after a long break. I have purchased this product from Airtel Lucknow office from Mr. Amit Asija (99350 99767) & even bringing this to his knowledge has served no purpose.

I want this card to be taken back failing which we have no option other than consumer forum.
