Illegal Deduction of prepaid Balance

I observe that though i have not subscribe any additional service, my prapaid balances are deducted without any information (mobile no 9437800078). I lodged the complaint on 15 Aug with BSN vide complain no H150R716207. In spite of my repeated contact and request to BSNL on 17, 18 & 19 Aug the same was not looked into and again my balance has been deducted (vide msg from No 59595015) BSNL should refund my Rs.120 towards this illegal deduction and deactivate all addtional services. Incidenatlly i have once again lodged three complaint with BSNL vide no H 220R728130 & H 220R728122 & Cellori800 on the issue. I have not been conatcted by BSNL till date
