Rude Behaviour by Mobile telephone Holder - 919459571814 at 18.18 HR on 5/4

Dear Sir,

I received a telephone call from "BSNL-Mobile No- 919459571814 at 18.17 HR on my Iphone (BSNL Mobile post paid) No- 919437071764 from somebody, the phone was disconnected, there was a missed call in my Mobile Instrument ". Thereupon at 1818 HR, I telephoned very politely, informed -who wants to speak to me in English language, there is a missed call, there upon above CUSTOMER TALKED TO ME VERY RUDELY IN HINDI-ARE ANGRGIKIWALAD, HINDIME BATAKARO". Then I also informed him in Hindi very politely again that -MERA TELEPHONEME MISSED CALL HAI".

Will you kindly brush up above CUSTOMER, issue him a warning with a copy to me so that people will understand-what to talk/what not to talk on telephone. This will only improve behaviour of people ..I shall be grateful if you kindly intimate me also "the man's name ". AGAIN-RUDE BEHAVIOUR IS NOT MONOPOLY OF RUFFIANS.
