Sms promise not fulfilling

Sms received from bsnl mkt on 18/01 stating double damka, if you top up with rs 550/- you will get full talk time and the validity extended by one year from the date of top up. accordingly i have done top up on 20th jan, i got full talk time but the validity is not extended as promised in the sms. when i have given a complaint bsnl is not taking stating to contact the local bsnl for validity extension. i stay inlsunabeda for lodging the complaint i have to go to koraput. kindly take up with bsnl and give justification
