TWO Days my telephone is not working, Already inform to Naranganam Telephone Exchange until No response (05-03), and also complaint to Kozhenchery exchange change land phone because, phone also not working augest 2010 to 06-03 still no change, it is repair atleast 50 time.so I by my own money but iam paying every two months RS 220.Too much headache from bsnl land line, I am planing to stop connection.unnecessory why payin money to bsnl. I Think may be 50% landline user cut line .because un respective response. Please do neccesory action
