Unwarranted charges for one and another services

I am holding my basnl north cellone sim since last 8 years.now stands retired 3 years back. The bsnl north, deducting p.m. for one and another services, for which never consented.so fr they have deducted more than Rs. -

My cell nol is 9450910409, and out ouf u.p. since last 3 years. paying unnecessary roaming on unnecessary calls.

Kindly stopped all deductions.with immediate effect.
