Bsnl postpaid 1500 plan
Excess billing

I got a new bsnl postpaid connection (1500 plan) on 8th dec. My first postpaid bill amounted to Rs. 2250, dated 19th January. After paying the bill i again recieved a bill dated 19th January of amount Rs. 1850, when contacted to respective bsnl office account manager no certified answer was given. I've paid two bills of amount Rs. 2250 and Rs. 1850 for the same duration.

I hope the respective authority will look into this matter sincerly.
