I got a new bsnl postpaid connection (1500 plan) on 8th dec. My first postpaid bill amounted to Rs. 2250, dated 19th January. After paying the bill i again recieved a bill dated 19th January of amount Rs. 1850, when contacted to respective bsnl office account manager no certified answer was given. ...
