Remove the ad for my caller tune

Hi,

This is Subeer holding the number 9444 560 596. I have asked to remove the ad which would normally be playing before the tune. But BSNL customer support says that the request has been accepted and the same has been removed. But I still get the ad. I am tired giving n number of times...

Please do the needful ASAP.
