Money charged for hello tune

Hi, I am customer of bsnl prepaid connection. I sick with your services . on 19 of april morning 4:22 a.m i registered a complaint againts hello tune which i never requested and you people charged me wrongly 25 rs and today 23 rd april again deduct 12 rs of my account, i call to so many times to customer care but they never resolved it, my docket no is d191323516 and they people give me 48 to solve that complaint. I want only reserve my amount and deactivate the value added services from my numbe
