Excess Amount charged for Caller tune

Sir,

with due respect I inform you that I am subscriber of your company bearing mobile no 9425557210. I have subscribe for a Callertune RBT no. 102027, for this service I have Charged Rs.25/- on 04.12. Rs.12/-on 09.12.2009 & Rs. 12/- on 10.09.2009 as RBT Reneual charges. Rs. 12/- excess charged for the same RBT. I want to register a complant for the same purpose therefore I have call make calls 4 time on ur customer care no. 24365 but not yet register my complant by ur executive.

So please do for needful
