Automatic deduction

Automatic deduction of Rs. 30 in the month of August for some christianity propagation was made when suddenly one message came and opened. After that every month Rs. 20 is deducted automatically and inspite of repeted request to BSNL Cutomer care (940024365), they have neither stopped nor taken any action against no.12555 who send this message. It definite this can not happen without Conniviance of some employee of BSNL and that message sender. Firstly, deduction should be stopped from my Prepaid Mo and BSNL should be warned for this type of automatic deduction.
