Deduct from my mobile balance amount

Dear Sir,

This is kind infomation that my mobile no.9477494385.on 01/4 i recharge my phone Rs.100/-.yesterday i will observed that Rs.12/- deduct from my mobile, then i contact with customer servic and talk with customer excutive he told me that i look in to matter and complain lodge. Docket No. DO6CD411567.Today morning i observed that Rs.24/- deduct from my mobile.i know that no any coller tune, no any type of activate with my connection.what is possible?

Therefore, i am request you that pl look in to matter as early as possible. This is too much hardship labour money.
