BSNL TUNE CHARGES

Today, suddenly my mobile balance debited by Rs.25/- and I received a message from 56700 that caller tune has been activated. Where as I have not requested for the same by any message/ ivr reply or phone call. For this I have lodged a complaint bearing no. D051276929 at BSNL call centre on 05th April at 3:14, for reverting the charges and deactivate the caller tune. But the officials are saying that I have must answer any phone call or message. Whereas this is not the case. Concerned officials are requested to look into the matter and revert the money deducted and deactivate the bsnl tune.
