BSNL Prepaid Mobile
Fictitious chrage to my account

My prepaid connection no.9433814935. For last three months on three ocassions BSNL charged Rs.30/= to my account. On enquiry to their customer service on 9400024365, they have not provided me the reason for this charge. I have never subscribed to any promotional service of any organisation/company. Please let me know the nature of charge levied by them.
