Bsnl pre paid mobile complaint
Worng debit of my pre paid balance

Wrong charges of my prepaid balance of Rs; 05 at 09;51pm dated 03-07 from my no;07597368732 . banal automatic activation of scheme ;FRENZO;service from no; 567671005 .I was request to costumer care for refund of my balance of Rs;05 .but could not get it.it is a fornicate with me .complete enquiry and action on banal .grant me help sir.
