Dear Sir,

I am facing problem with bsnl prepaid mobile services since last month . i wanted to activate the services of 1 paisa per second plan for any network .but i am not using this service from bsnl. I also try to customer care of BSNl (1503) so many times for activated this facility on my mobile no which is 9407554370. Customer care executive are not giving me any type of solutions regarding this issue.
