BSNL PUNE
Landline telephone is not working

I am one of unfortunate customer (Shyamprakash Agrawal) whose land line phone 2668-1519 (Yearwada exchange) is not working since more than 2 months by now.

Whenever, we tried to complain (it is one of worst thing to get number), we are getting rude reply, there is cable problem and nobody when it will be repaired. And of course nobody provide any reference to refer!!!

However bills are raised regularly and debited from my account without fail!!!

I need your intervention and help to get assurance when the earliest the problem will be fixed and how the money collected will be adjusted.
