Landline phone dead

I am totally disappointed with BSNL. Past 6 months my landline phone is not working and the complaint dept is least bothered to get it corrected.

Its a pathetic service from BSNL. They are least bothered about their customers. So many follow-ups have been done, but of no use.

If they continue such attitude and service, soon they will lose the customer base they have.

I will disconnect this service of BSNL; and move to some private service privider.

All the reasons are given why the problem exists but no one actually tries to solve the issue.

Pathetic service and hopeless BSNL.
