Landline Telephone not working

My phone number 044-22430598 is out of order on many accasions particularly on fridays and fualt is being rectified only on Monday afternoon

resulting in interruption of phone for four days in a week. This can be checked in the complaint recorded in ur electronic complaint register.(doc number for your reference - 65558745 dated 12/17). At times the net is also not made available due to this. Please do needful to have pernamnnt remedy in attending to the fault in order not to repeat the same complaint in future atleast.
