Delay in connection

I.V. Amar Nath had applied for New telephone connection at Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Hyderabad. the department people alloted me Phone No. 040-25501394. but i didn"t get the instrument till now. when ever i made a call officials are saying that we dont have stock of WLL instruments and they even cant say when they can place a instrument at my home, even they are saying that we dont have information regarding that.
