New Mobile Speaker not working

I bought a new Mobile of Chinese make. The price was cheap considering features. But it has been really disappointing.. the voice is feeble. Can not hear. Other party can hear me. But I can not hear. Dealer says these mobiles have no warranty and no repaid or replacement.. Its been a big mistake buying chinese mobile
