Gentlemen,

Will you kindly explain why this cheque was not encashed? Do you want to see your customer to follow his duly submitted cheque from the receiving end to the bank where it has to be submitted for encashment? How do you propose to compensate me for this harassment?

An early reply is very much needed for me to decide the next step.
