Landline telephone is dead for 17 days

Phone dead from last 17days

My phone No. is 033-25265129 & my phone often become dead. I have made complaint online and it was docketed also many times to local exchange Fault service i.e. 25262198, but nobody responding me. Although my Broadband connection is working, I fail to understand the reason of my phone dead. If you are not able to provide the land line service please let me know the reason of the same.
