Outgoing stopped without reason

I got new postpaid connection of tata indicom but after 2 days they stopped my outgoing call without giving any reason when i called helpline they given me reason that your verification has been failed but nobody came to my home for verification then again they registred my reverification request but after 5 days when i called helpline again thy given the same reason and given me another reverification no that is 245158291. but this is the limit of harrasment pl look minto the matter my mobile no is 09212440447
