An unwanted caller tune was activated on my mobile phone yesterday, without my consent. This caller tune is causing me great embarassment.
To add insult to injury, I got an SMS saying that a rental of Rs. 30 will be deducted towards this caller tune every month. I am unable to reach the customer care, they only give you access to their payment plans!
I am planning to approach a consumer forum, if they dont remove this caller tune immediately. My father went through the same harrowing experience last month. Any ideas on how to reach the company's top guys? Their website seems to have been hacked.
