Channel 50
Voilation of DND Registration

I have been receiving messages from Channel 50 named sender. I am using the P1i handset and Tata-Docomo is the mobile service provider. I had many a times complained about this issue to the customer care. all the time they asked for the time period of 45 days to switch it off. But nothing happened. it always starts sending messages again again. and the frequency of sms's are 500 in a day.

I strongly believe that this is a sender which is strongly backed by TATA DOCOMO to fool n rob the innocent mobile users of INDIA.

The only remedy to get rid of this is that all such troubled users must throw their sim and must register a new number with other company.

Because TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of INDIA) had failed to control such things and DND registration is a pure failure.
