Subsribed to paid services without my knowledge

I am prepaid customer of Idea Cellular for approx 8 months now. I have just come to know that I am subscribed to some paid services and some free services without my knowledge or consent. Plus the following VAS services I have NO IDEA of (pun intended). I never opted for these services myself.

1. Idea pretone

2. missed call alert

3. celebrity chat monthly pack

4. missed call alert

5. ramban

I have tried to unsubscribe from one service (DAILY ALERT) not listed above using sms (UNSUB PCI_L_1) and others using IVR. I do hope I get unsubscribed by end of day today. I do expect an apology and compensation of charges deducted by Idea Cellular from me till date.

In case Idea does not wake up, I would like to know my options. Any suggestions are welcome.
