Deducting amount

I received sher and shiary without subscribtion to a hello-tunes service from RIM and now and then amount are deducted from my account. I have not made any subscription nor requested for any service from RIM.

When I called customer care and contacted they assured that my complaint will be forwarded and they said it will take 48 hours to process and the balance will be refunded After my complaint it was rectified however same problem started again mistake. I doubt if it will happen this way this not only ruin credibility of RIM morover faith of customer on RIM. I hope this matter will be sorted earnestly
