Waring to cut my connection

Dear sir,

my name is ayan kapuria nd i use a airtel conection in my mobile.just 2 mins before i got a call from airtel customer care.the no is 900776993.some girl calld me nd told me to produced the all documents of my conection.but thing is tat few month before i submitted all documents in nearest airtel office (saltalke sec 1, city center).right now the customer care girl told me if im nt submitted my all documents agn withn 30 mins thn airtel will cut my conection..i just asked u 1 thing how come is it so posible to cum nearest airtel office withn 30 mins nd y should i submit all documents whn i submitted alrdy..is it fair or what?? i think i should leave tat conection nd i will move to voda phone.it is so much better thn airtel.
