Iam using Idea forlast 5 years my cell No is 9847338625

and my name is Sasikumar, Idea is charging a fine Rs100 on a bill amount of 200. Its quite unnatural even the BSNL is charging Rs 30 on Rs.2000 bill.

I n these years I remitted Rs 20000/- on bill and about 7000/- in fine???

Whenever I talkedto their office at Ravipuram, Kochi they promise me to reduce this but it all will be reflected in next bill also.

What happens is when the ever bil comes to my atention I calls C.care and they will tell this thing and that mean time due date will be over.

Once again they will charge 100 Thats been happening for last 2 years. Can any action be taken against to reduce fine to proportionate amount to the bill...
