Connection not getting closed permanantly

I bought an Idea Post Paid connection - 9540086799. After two years I submitted the connection closing request 6 months ago in the mobile store and cleared all dues. I confirmed from customer care and got the answer that the connection is closed. I also wrote a mail to idea customer service that I have submitted the connection closing request and I don't need the connection any more. But Still I am getting plan renewal calls from Idea. I agian informed Idea customer service that I don't need the connection and stop calling me. But it seems that the company is not taking any action against my complaing. Please suggest what should I need to do.
