Charging problem in cell phone

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a coolpad phone from Reliance Webworld, Lajpat nagar, New Delhi on 27.07.2010 and find some charging problem in the phone on 26.08. I had visited Rliance webworl for the same they guided me to go service centre located at 601-602, ashok bhwan, nehru place, new delhi. I have visted the place and deposited my cell phone to them. till date, 12.09.10 I have not received my cell phone. I am running from pillar to post to get rectigy my phone each time I am told that it will take 2 to 3 days.
