CoolPad T20
Poor Quality of Mobile Handset

I had purchased a coolpad T20 handset from J.B. Nagar, Andheri reliance communication centre in the month of may, actually it was forcefully sold to me, I was looking for some other handsets, i needed it urgently but it was told me by the sales person over there that only coolpad is available with them and i have to buy it only. My experience has been bitter with the handset. I have not even used it for 3 months but i have faced a lot of problem with the same. Every second day it hangs for 10-15 minutes. Messages dont transmit. Very low battery back up, it gets discharged even if i talk for 40-45 mins a day. I am pretty upset with the whole thing. I feel cheated. When sales commitment doesnot meet with product deliverables then the product should get withdrawn from the market. I dont know about others experience with this particular model of coolpad, but if anybody asks me about the whole thing, then i will never recomend to go for it. I have been using mobile phones since last seven years but has never come accross a product like this. This is a SHIT OF A MOBLIE HANDSET...
