Charged for unlimited net usage denied

I had recharged my data-card no.9373393274 for unlimited plan at Rs.1500/-. My net was terminated after just 3 days. Rcom officials say that the previous unlimited plan was of 1501/-and now has been changed to 999/-. No information of change in plan was given to users. Rcom has eaten my money and must have done so of many more consumers. The mental harassment and loss of work for 3 days is considerable.
