Since i am using tata indicom, recently i went to tata indicom True Value Shop to upgrade my handset. But they refused and said that mobiles for only new connection. Due to this totally frustrated with service of tata indicom.
Tata indicom should support the existing customer and make them happy, otherwise tata indicom cant increase sales and profit.
